This 6 x day a week progressive program also includes a stretch + meditation for mindfulness and restoration at the end of every week!
The 10 week program includes workouts in the following style and order:
Band Session
Low Impact Cardio Session
Pilates Session
Lower Body Session
Upper Body Session
Mindfulness & Recovery Session
You will need a resistance band for equipment. The workouts start out at 20 minutes, then incrementally increase week to week to a final 50-60 minute duration by week 10.
