If you are very fit and experienced at exercise, the benefits for you would be different from someone with low fitness and low energy. A fit person will benefit by the holistic approach to the routines, so these routines may nicely balance out your very strong regime, plus it is always excellent for anybody to have tools on hand to reduce stress and look at other parts of your health that are included in the tutorials and material.
Yes, the challenge is designed for a complete beginner to be able to build their body in a safe and progressive way. You will enjoy strengthening and building fitness without feeling like it’s too much too soon.

Yes, unless you have a very extreme case of adrenal fatigue, for example, where you have been advised not to do any movement (this is extremely rare though, seek your doctor’s advice in this case.) The point of this challenge is to help people carefully kickstart their health and energy. Follow the plan and you will find it’s very doable.

Not for vegans, as the recipes contain animal products. There are many vegetarian options though. The food approach is eating to gain energy and nourishment, so we include most food groups.

If you are pregnant, head to my prenatal wellness program here (Preggy Strong), as this is tailored with all the modifications you need to do for pregnancy. This is fine for postnatal, provided you are past the 6 week check and have NO abdominal separation. If you do have ab separation, contact me to fix this first (info@vanessabhealth.com )or doing the wrong exercises will make it worse.

Depends on your current condition and how long you have been experiencing tiredness or not been doing exercise. Someone with very bad burnout for years will take longer than someone relatively healthy-ish. Every person starts to feel improvements in general mobility and strength within a couple of weeks of doing my routines, but the weight loss and big fitness goals obviously take longer depending on each person’s health, health history, rest and recovery and ability to optimise all areas for this with consistency.
