Types of burnout and roadmap to overcoming it

Emily Ballesteros earned her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology while working in corporate training and development. She became a burnout management coach after working in corporate training and development and experiencing two years of extreme burnout. She worked full-time, was a full-time graduate student, coached part-time, and commuted 2-3 hours each day; She couldn’t find a comprehensive solution to personal and professional burnout anywhere, so she decided to create her own. She loves seeing clients improve all areas of life and provides practical ways for implementing her burnout prevention strategies.
