I have seen time and time again people trying to push hard when their body is telling them otherwise. This can really send your nervous system into overdrive (where it probably already is if you are suffering from chronic exhaustion), so it is vital that your movement is that of a nurturing, restorative style.
I created these videos to help you maintain movement but to also enjoy a gentle challenge when it’s appropriate for your body.
