Absolutely. All of Vanessa’s routines are focused on gaining full body strength in a way that aligns your spine, helps your joints and importantly helps naturally balance your hormones. It is vital during these phases of life you continue to build strength but also assist your gut and hormones through excellent food and doable exercise.
