Great question. Yes, Vanessa B had a run of about 8 years out of her 20 years focusing on Pilates and running studios around Sydney, plus online. Vanessa now uses her fitness, Pilates, rehab, pregnancy + postnatal, burnout recovery fitness protocols and life coaching tools to bring you a more holistic and diversified approach to your wellness and fitness. Within The Vault, your workout routines will include alot of Pilates-based movements and there are a couple of her popular Pilates programs in there, however you will be doing cardio moves, using bands, weights, enjoying breathwork, meditation and mindset, psychology-based tools for your perfectly-balanced mind+body wellbeing.
