Yes! This is a completely online challenge where you can access the content from any device as long as you have the internet. After purchase, you will receive an email with login instructions and your 14 Day contents easily accessed with the click of a button.

No, it is not a pregnancy-tailored program. This challenge is designed for women who are at a beginner to intermediate level of exercise (who are not currently pregnant). It is safe for women who are postpartum and want to resume exercise from home who have had the all clear from their doctor. For a pregnancy-specific program that will help you feel incredible, train your pelvic floor and keep your body strong, check out my Preggy Strong Wellness & Pilates-Based Strength Program Here.

This is a very individual experience for every woman. It depends on your consistency, willingness to do the work (including food improvements and regular movement in the right progression) and ensuring you are also recovering and sleeping well. It also depends on your current status of health. Generally, women who are extremely fatigued or going through exhaustion or health challenges take longer to shift weight as their body needs time to rebalance the nervous system. On the other hand, women who are generally healthy and who stick to my programs and protocols experience changes within a few weeks up to a few months. Stay on track, release pressure around doing it in a ‘time frame’ and focus your energy into building healthy, sustainable lifestyle habits.

If I feel you are a good fit for what we do you may be able to apply for one of my coaching programs where I provide our clients with done-for-you food plans, accountability, progressive exercise plans and lifestyle strategies that fit with your precise goals and life situation. This makes all the difference from trying to navigate all of this on your own and running around in circles trying to figure it out! There are various options here but it honestly depends on whether you are the right fit and are willing to put the work in as well.

For life! You can keep the challenge materials and refer back at any stage. It’s yours to keep.

This challenge is perfect if you have had a break from movement OR are wanting to kickstart things to the next level for your body and get some consistency and accountability. In week one you will focus purely on getting your whole body moving using simply your bodyweight. Then in week two you will use a set of dumbbells plus a resistance band. These are our two go-to pieces of equipment for home workout mastery and to get you those results! (You do need a mat too.)

This challenge is suitable for beginner to intermediate exercise experience. If you are very advanced, athletic and very fit, this may not be the right challenge for you. However, if you have had a BREAK from exercise (even from a high level) due to health conditions, burnout or overtraining, this would be an excellent starting point to build your foundations and get started in a way that will not cause overwhelm to your system. There is NO jumping, plyometrics or heavy weight lifting. I have picked low impact, strength and Pilates-based core moves to help you rebuild your whole body, gain ENERGY while you do it and kick start fat loss in a healthy and sustainable way.
