About Vanessa Bartlett

Vanessa Bartlett is a mum of two boys, in the fitness & health industry for 20 years. She has trained professional athletes in recovery & Pilates, appeared on TVSN & The Morning Show as a Pilates presenter, and received an Innovation in Healthcare award for co-creating a wellness program for mental health groups. She is also a qualified journalist and writes for various health publications. Vanessa was running a successful personal training business in Sydney until she fell ill with adrenal fatigue and severe burnout for two years.

This prompted her discovery of what true health & balanced fitness really was, self-healing back from adrenal fatigue, rebuilding fitness, energy and strength. Vanessa also overcame postnatal depression and rebuilt damaged pelvic floor & abs after becoming a mum. She walks the walk and delivers results-based programs & coaching for clients around the globe, including top CEOs & elite athletes.
