I know there are times when you can’t stand for long, or have too much pressure on your knees or hips due to an injury. You may even need to be seated doing arm work postnatal (like I needed to be for some time), or just want a good set of arm exercises to do at work on a break. Welcome to this special video! This routine will guide you through my pick of the best and most simple strengthening and toning exercises for your: shoulder, postural muscles, upper back, biceps and triceps using the Theraband…all while being seated.

You can sit on a chair, fitball or even on the floor. I will also show you how to do different variations of the exercises depending if you have shorter or longer band length.
